Erickson Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our corporate office team. In this important role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community using specialized equipment and cleaning techniques. You will ensure the proper handling and disposal of waste, assist with room and furniture setups based on work orders, and support the movement and delivery of heavy objects or packages as needed. Following a daily worksheet, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across office spaces and common areas. All responsibilities are carried out in alignment with Erickson Senior Living’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Strategic Objectives

Compensation:
$15.00 - $17.00/hour, plus eligibility for annual bonus
How you will make an impact:
Clean all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures
Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors
Spot clean walls and windows
Dust furniture and empty trash cans
Clean baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents
Empty all recycling paper containers in the building
Perform any additional housekeeping tasks as necessary
What you will need
Must have a valid driver's license
Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience preferred
General knowledge of housekeeping practices
Proficiency in using required equipment
