Administrative Assistant —either part-time or full-time—who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys adding creativity to their work, especially in event planning and supporting leadership. What You’ll Do Provide administrative support to our Executive Assistant, including coordinating meals for meetings.
Act as a liaison between directors and clients.
Plan, coordinate, and execute company events and meetings with creativity and attention to detail.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle office tasks (filing, data entry, managing supplies).
Juggle multiple projects and priorities in a busy environment.
What We’re Looking For Prior experience as an administrative assistant (or similar role).
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Creative problem-solver with a proactive attitude.
Event planning experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
