Job Title: Channel Marketing Coordinator

Location: San Mateo, CA- Onsite Schedule Duration: On going contract- 40 hours/weekly Pay Rate: $23.55-$28.55/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and rollout of marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, print, and digital.

• Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns are completed on schedule.

• Partner with internal teams-including creative, product, and sales-as well as external vendors to align on goals and execution.

• Review all marketing assets to ensure consistency with brand standards and guidelines.

• Assist in updating and maintaining retailer websites to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.

• Collaborate across departments to source content and assets tailored to retail partners' needs.

• Help coordinate and promote events such as trade shows, webinars, and product launches.

• Manage event logistics, including venues, materials, attendee coordination, shipping/receiving, lodging, and contracts, in partnership with cross-functional teams.

• Provide on-site support for events as necessary.

• Monitor event outcomes and collect post-event feedback for analysis.

• Compile performance metrics and data to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns.

• Gather data using forms and tools from various software platforms.

• Transform collected data into presentation-ready assets for internal or external use.

• Provide shipping and inventory coordination for marketing, training, and event materials across key initiatives.

• Maintain and update marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and promotional schedules.

• Process administrative tasks including vendor onboarding, invoices, purchase and sales orders, budgets, and contract documentation.

• Assist with CRM database management, including contact entry and email list organization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of retail marketing, project management or event coordination • Proven expertise in executing and administrative programs • Experience with managing a budget • Ability to write creative briefs (preferred not required) • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (preferred not required)
