What You'll Do
Acts as an escalation point for issues to ensure they are responded to and resolved promptly; keeps manager informed and escaltes issues beyond when needed
Keep manager informed and escalates issues when needed
Check email and all associated inboxes regularly so we stay up to date on incoming information
Assist with general administrative tasks
Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers
Maintain assigned account details
Files contracts; assigns shipments to contract; closes contracts, verifies balances due on contracts; attaches the final report to contract
Manages contracts, shipments and invoicing which includes entering data into the computer system
Step in and help perform work whenever necessary
What You'll Need Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in an office setting preferred
Ability to think critically to recognize problems, identify opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement
Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate
Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced multi-discipline environment, with strong work ethic, attention to detail, organizational and listening skills
Exceptional customer service skills required
Strong computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Your Education High School Diploma or GED required
Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred
