Description of Work
The Recruiter/Salary Administrator is responsible for full life cycle recruiting and sourcing, qualifying, and guiding candidates through our hiring process. Job responsibilities include the following:
Posting and reviewing applications and screening for qualifications Working closely with management to develop recruiting strategies Working closely with applicants and hiring managers, providing training and consultation regarding the recruitment/selection process Maintaining the applicant tracking system (NeoGov) regarding candidate status and maintaining SmartSheet tracking for processing recruitment actions Sourcing candidates through developing internal and external search strategies and networking to identify new pools of applicants to increase diversity of the pool Setting salaries that are competitive, while ensuring that policies and procedures governing the administration of pay are conducted in a manner that is fair and equitable Create PA PCR Actions in Beacon (State of NC HRIS system) to include on board of new employees, promotions, transfers including all pertinent information and completion of these actions once approved Developing recruitment materials and attending job fairs Work Hours: The normal working hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; however, flexibility is required in order to meet recruitment and facility needs.
