About the opportunity:

We currently have an opening for a full-time

Senior Manager, Market Access Operations/Contracting

based remotely in New Jersey. Reporting to the Director of Access, Americas, the Senior Manager of Access Operations/ Contracting will manage all aspects of managed healthcare contracting to maximize the sales and profits of ALK's prescription products within managed markets.

More specifically, you will: Work with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Access departments to develop, initiate, and manage contracts that meet the legal, strategic, and ethical standards of the company. Develop and submit contract compliance reports for government contracts. Work with Third party Vendor to assure transmission of data for accurate processing. Assist in the development and maintenance of a contract sales performance system to monitor and evaluate contract performance. Work with Marketing, Access, and Finance departments to develop contract pricing guidelines for ALK products which meet the sales, financial, legal and ethical goals of the company. Ensures timely contract processing and payments of rebates and administrative fees. Provide contract performance feedback to Access account managers. Accountability, Scope of Position:

Effectively manage the ACCESS contract administration organization to assist the company in exceeding both sales and financial goals.

Internal Collaborations:

Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales, Access Account Managers, and Contract Administrators

External Collaborations:

Managed Health Care Plans, Hospital Group Purchasing Organizations, Long Term Care Group Purchasing Organizations, Veterans Administration, Department of Defense, Pharmacy Benefit Managers, Government Agencies, State Medicaid programs, and other contract opportunities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

BS/BA Degree Certification in Government Contracting or 3-5 years as a Government Pricing Specialist 7 to 10 Years of contract administration experience Proficient in Microsoft excel and word. Excellent Written and Oral communication Skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills and experienced in working with people across various levels Ability to travel (Less than 10%) Market Access Account experience a plus Pharmaceutical sales experience a plus Certificate in Legal Studies a plus National payer experience a plus We offer:
