About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our industrial facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and boiler operations. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional who can lead a team of maintenance technicians and ensure the smooth operation of our facility's equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities within the facility

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems

Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support

Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

Ensure proper operation and maintenance of industrial boilers and related equipment

Manage maintenance budgets and control expenses

Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance

Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures

Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies

Develop and maintain maintenance documentation and records

Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks

Continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures

QualificationsRequired:

5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance department

Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, including pumps, motors, conveyor systems, and pneumatic systems

Proficiency in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues

Experience with boiler operations and maintenance

Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field

Certifications in industrial maintenance, such as CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional)

Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards

Familiarity with energy management and conservation practices
