The role also involves assessing property conditions, responding to after-hours emergencies, and following strict safety protocols. Strong communication with residents, team members, and vendors is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

HVAC Certification Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical maintenance experience Ability to travel up to 50% (all expenses covered) Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25lbs repeatedly Ability to respond to after-hours emergencies Valid Driver's License Basic tools required, including personal smart phone technology.

Compensation*

$30 - $33 *Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
