JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for performing highly diversified craft trade activities with a focus on Masonry under general supervision.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience and working knowledge in concrete installation and repairs.
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or Vocational Degree from an accredited institution Two years' experience of a skilled trade or general building maintenance OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS
Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required for this position, temporary permit required to start OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of post- offer employment drug sceening Position is subject to OTETA Drug & Alcohol Testing
