ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, break areas, offices, conference rooms, hallways, stairways, elevator, lobbies, locker rooms, drinking fountains etc., as required. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstery, furniture, and draperies using vacuum cleaner. Dusts furniture, wood molding and office equipment and empties trash receptacles. Performs minor repairs as required. Sweeps, mops, and polishes floors, using brooms and mops or powered scrubbing and buffing machines. Polishes metalwork such as bathroom fixtures and fittings. Washes windows, door panels and sills and clean filters in ceiling vents. Transports trash and recyclables to collection sites Replenishes supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc.) and replaces light bulbs. Performs snow removal duties as required. Supports and participates in Morgan Olson's PPS team efforts. Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer focused and supporting continuous improvement activities. Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS
Considerable walking, bending and twisting. With minimal lifting (except during times of snow removal) of items weighing less than 20 lbs. High School Education or GED Flexible work hours Excellent Attendance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must possess valid Driver's license and vehicle for transportation to and from work sites.
