We're growing and looking for an Interior Project Manager who can drive timelines, coordinate skilled trades, build strong client relationships, and bring visionary designs to life
Benefits:
Compensation starts between $62,000 and $72,000, annually!
Performance-based bonus plans are available for consideration during Job Offer negotiations, and following 90 Day Introductory Period

What You'll Be Doing:
Run preconstruction meetings to assess site conditions, ensuring project goals can be met and to understand client expectations
Owning the project schedule from start to finish and affirming trades, materials, and inspections are meeting timeliness and building expectations
Communicating clearly and frequently with homeowners, internal teams, and trade partners to keep projects on track and clients informed of project progress
Manage change orders, order materials, coordinate deliveries, and document project updates using
Buildertrend
software
Collaborating with Lead Carpenters and Production Leadership to keep quality and client experience at the forefront of all projects
Ensuring adequate job completion with strong closeouts and post-project check-ins to ensure the creation of high quality construction projects, and lifelong, business relationships with clients
What our Company is Seeking from Candidates:
Three (3) or more years in residential remodeling is preferred (design-to-build experience will give candidates a competitive edge in the decision process)
Confident communication with strong client-facing, and project explanation skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using project management software ( Buildertrend ,
Quickbase , or similar)
Ability to read and interpret residential construction plans
Calm under pressure, receptive to feedback and changes to plans, and solutions-oriented problem solver
Must have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record, and be authorized to work in the United States
