We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented X-Ray Technician with Medical Assistant skills to join our client's orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging examinations to assist orthopedic providers in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. You'll work closely with physicians, medical assistants, and front-office staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. This employee travels between clinics. Key Responsibilities: Operate digital radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images Ensure proper positioning of patients and equipment for optimal imaging results Follow established safety protocols to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation Prepare imaging rooms, sanitize equipment, and maintain a clean and organized work environment Maintain accurate patient records and upload images to the PACS system in a timely manner Collaborate with orthopedic providers to ensure imaging supports patient care plans Provide excellent patient care with a focus on comfort, empathy, and clear communication Stay updated with industry standards, procedures, and equipment operation Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program ARRT certification and current state radiologic technologist license (if applicable) And MRI cert preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal imaging preferred CPR/BLS certification required Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and time management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Preferred Traits: Experience with digital X-ray systems (e.g., DR, PACS) Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks) Team player mindset with a focus on patient-centered care Work Environment: Outpatient orthopedic clinic Monday through Friday schedule (no nights or weekends) Some lifting or positioning of patients may be required Equal Employment Opportunity: Royalty Medical Solutions and it's clients is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
