Licensed Pharmacy TechnicianHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician to fill an opening with one of the largest healthcare organizations in San Francisco, California.Daily Responsibilities for Licensed Pharmacy Technician:•Communication with patients, prescribers, and colleagues•Frequent phone conversations, emails, faxes•Fulfillment of prescriptions, packaging medications for shipment, processing copays, researching financial assistance•Complete order entry and refills under the supervision of the pharmacist•Inventory management and storage, complete appropriate documentation, such as labels, log sheets and re-ports Work hours: Monday through Friday, 9:30AM-6PM Potential for conversion to permanent hire! Required Qualifications for Licensed Pharmacy Technician:•Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required• CA state pharmacy technician licensure is required•The national certificate, PTCB, can be left as a preferred but not required certificate• Minimum 6 months pharmacy tech experience •Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization•Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must•Specialty Pharmacy experience is a plusBenefits for Licensed Pharmacy Technician:•Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance•Dental Insurance•Life Insurance•Employee Assistance Program (EAP)•Access to Investment Accounts•Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (Advocacy) ProgramPay Details: $24-24.50/hr Interested in being considered?
