This is an IMMEDIATE opening for someone ready to join our mission of providing high-quality care to our patients and delivering an outstanding healthcare experience.Position Overview:This position requires a self-driven individual who excels in multitasking, organization, and prioritization. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing medical orders, and providing administrative support to our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls.Why Work With Us:Forward-thinking, inclusive company cultureCollaborative environment with clinical and office teamsComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, life insurance, and moreCompetitive compensation that rewards your hard workKey Responsibilities:Support Field Clinicians: Assist field clinicians by coordinating patient care and providing essential administrative support.Order Management: Help track, clarify, and process medical orders, ensuring proper documentation is in place.Communication: Serve as the liaison between patients, families, and physicians to ensure clear communication about care plans.Documentation: Input orders and upload documentation into the electronic medical records system.Orientation Support: Assist in the orientation of new staff members to the organization.Supply Management: Order and monitor medical supplies to maintain adequate inventory and ensure OSHA compliance.Conduct Audits: Complete audits as required to ensure accurate patient records and operational efficiency.Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall function of the office.Schedule:Day shift, Monday to FridayHow You'll Succeed in This Role:Licensed LVN in California (required)Experience in Home Health preferredCommunication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Apple products and proficient in using medical scheduling and documentation software.Attention to Detail: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple schedules, and maintain accuracy in all aspects of the job.Customer Service Focus: A friendly and service-oriented attitude with a focus on providing the best experience for patients and their families.Work Location:On-site at our Milpitas office (no remote work)Job Type: Full-timeCompensation:Starting at $40 DOE Benefits:Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)401(k) with matching contributionsLife InsuranceCompetitive PayQualifications:Education: Associate degree preferredExperience: 1+ year in nursing (Home Health experience preferred)Licenses/Certifications: Current LVN license required.
