Camping World is seeking an
Accounting Clerk
to join our growing team. The
Accounting Clerk
will support the dealership with various accounting-related tasks. What Youll Do:
Review deal paperwork for thoroughness and accuracy before sending to the accounting hub for processing. Verify key data between deal paperwork and the system. Communicate with dealership personnel to resolve discrepancies. Sort daily mail; obtain General Manager approval on invoices prior to sending to the accounting hub. Act as a liaison between the dealership and the accounting hub to ensure payroll and timekeeping information is accurate and up-to-date prior to payroll processing. Scan daily check deposits and make occasional trips to the bank with cash deposits. Ensure all payment information is accurately recorded by department personnel. What Youll Need:
Diligent, organized, and extremely detail-oriented. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Intermediate computer knowledge with MS Office, including Excel; accuracy with the 10-key pad and typing skills. Self-motivated; able to prioritize tasks and organize schedules effectively. Knowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) is helpful but not necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and demands. May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Compensation & Benefits:
The pay range for this role is
$18.90-$22.85 per hour . Compensation decisions consider skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Typically, hires are not at the top of the pay range initially.
