Job Title: Logistics Manager
Job Overview:
The Logistics Manager will oversee all logistics operations across our multi-channel merchandise business, managing warehouse partners, freight forwarders, and customs processes. This role is responsible for managing 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure compliant, cost-effective, and timely product movement across borders. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in import/export compliance, tariff management, and inventory management, along with the ability to proactively resolve logistics issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations with 3PL partners: receiving, pick/pack, inventory management, and returns.
Manage freight forwarding partners for import/export of merchandise, including customs documentation and tariff classification.
Coordinate time-sensitive shipments for global tours, pop-up activations, and retail events, ensuring on-time delivery to venues or local partners.
Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple sales channels (tour, D2C, wholesale, consignment).
Develop and monitor standard operating procedures for stock reconciliation, loss prevention, and damaged goods handling.
Analyze logistics spend and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining service levels.
Act as the primary point of contact for warehouse partners, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.
Support the Merch Production and Product Development teams with delivery timelines, tracking, and inbound QC checks.
Build clear documentation of logistics workflows for internal alignment and HQ reporting.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably for consumer goods or entertainment merchandise (high SKU count).
Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations, customs clearance, and tariff schedules.
Hands-on experience managing 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, and last-mile delivery partners.
Proven record of managing complex, multi-channel inventory.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP or WMS systems.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
Excellent problem-solving and cross-cultural communication skills.
Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000/year
