We are located on 1150 Us Hwy 1 Suite 215.At Warehouse BBQ, we serve soul food with smoke, flavor with fire, and southern hospitality with a smile. We’re a takeout-focused BBQ joint that runs on scratch-made food and fast-paced energy—and we’re looking for a
customer-obsessed , detail-driven front counter team member to help us keep the vibe high and the line moving. You’ll be the first and last impression our guests have—and we want that impression to be unforgettable (in the best way). From helping folks navigate our smoky menu to making sure the POS is poppin’, your mission is to keep orders flowing, guests smiling, and the vibe lively. way Responsibilities Open or close the restaurant following our setup/shutdown checklists Greet guests with energy, knowledge, and southern charm Take customer orders accurately using Clover POS Explain our menu items and upsell like a pro (extra sides, brisket upgrade, anyone?) Sign up guests for our
Rewards Program Ask satisfied customers to leave
Google Reviews Handle takeout and online orders efficiently and accurately Keep the front counter clean, stocked, and welcoming Work closely with the kitchen to keep things flowing smoothly Maintain composure during busy rushes and keep the energy positive Be a team player willing to jump in where needed Qualifications Prior front-of-house or customer service experience (bonus if it’s food service) Outgoing, friendly, and confident—you're not afraid to start a convo Comfortable upselling and explaining menu items clearly Tech-savvy enough to use POS and customer loyalty apps Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently Able to work fast without compromising accuracy or service Weekend and daytime availability, flexibility to stay late if needed We are looking forward to reading your application.
