Prevailing Wage & Government Incentivized Projects Compliance Manager

based in The Woodlands, TX. This role involves leading compliance efforts across government-incentivized capital projects, ensuring adherence to wage and apprenticeship requirements under various federal and international programs. Key Responsibilities

Manage compliance across multiple projects, including adherence to the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), 45Q, Canada Investment Tax Credits, CHIPS Act, Davis-Bacon, and DOE funding programs. Support project operations, engage stakeholders, document and report compliance activities, and coordinate legal and financial efforts. Ensure compliance with DOE labor standards, monitor payroll submissions, conduct site interviews, and review payroll documentation. Utilize labor compliance software (e.g., LCPtracker) to manage documentation and reporting. Advise project teams, contractors, and external agencies on compliance requirements. Provide training and technical support to internal and external partners. Maintain accurate records of wage rates, apprenticeship utilization, and compliance activities. Support audits and inquiries from regulatory bodies and collaborate with finance and legal teams to align compliance with contractual obligations. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, or related field; Masters degree or certifications (PE, PMP, CPA, CCE) preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in prevailing wage compliance, labor standards enforcement, or construction oversight. Experience with Davis-Bacon Act, apprenticeship compliance, DOE-funded projects, and international tax credit programs. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and labor compliance platforms like LCPtracker. Why Work With Us
