Right Here.Job Type:RegularScheduled Hours: 0Job Summary:Performs regular EKG’s, applies Ambulatory Monitors and completes any office duties that are relative to the examinations performed within the department or other duties relative to the department operation.Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.Job Description:Takes EKG equipment to patients room, explains the procedure to the patient and assists the patient asrequired to obtain a high quality examination andevaluate each procedure to assure accuracy and high qualityPerforms examinations as outlined in Compliance 360Receives computerized requests for procedures. Retrieves old records so as to allow comparative interpretationEnters all required information into the computer relative to the examination Tests equipment daily and reports any defect to the Cardiology ManagerAssists in Quality Assurance activities as directed by the managerParticipates in training program within the departmentPerforms other duties as assigned.Education, Credentials, Licenses: High school graduateSpecialized Knowledge:Complete knowledge of the operation of the EKG departmentKind and Length of Experience:Six months EKG training.FLSA Status: Non-ExemptRight Career.
