Who We're Looking For:
You are someone who takes pride in precise technique, creativity, and consistency in the pastry arts. This is a hands-on role perfect for a driven professional who brings both creativity and consistency to the table, while contributing to a dynamic, high-performance kitchen Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of pastries, plated desserts, breads, and components according to standardized recipes Assist in menu development, seasonal dessert features, and daily prep Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and portioning Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked pastry and prep stations Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols at all times Work closely with the BOH team to support service and special events What You'll Bring:
1+ year of pastry experience in a professional kitchen or bakery Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on consistency Passionate about pastry technique and open to learning Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction well What We Offer:
