Your Role as a Supervisor: Lead and

motivate

Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Promote a

positive, inclusive work environment

and build strong team relationships. Train and

develop

Team Members to maintain high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness. Support the

General Manager

in running a fast-paced, successful restaurant. Key Responsibilities:

Manage labor costs through

effective floor management .Control food & paper costs using

order guides .Ensure

flawless execution

of product launches & promotions.Resolve guest concerns &

support the team in issue prevention . Recruit & train

new Team Members.Uphold

Health & Safety policies , coaching & disciplining as needed.Plan, organize & oversee

daily restaurant operations .

Physical Demands:

Standing & walking

for extended periods . Lifting/carrying up to

20 kg (45 lbs)

as needed. Assisting with

large deliveries

up to twice a week. Transitioning between

cold (freezer) & hot (oven) environments . Thriving under

fast-paced, high-pressure conditions . Availability:

Must be

flexible , with varying weekly shifts to support business needsMonthly schedules may include

afternoon & weekend shifts .

Requirements

Education - Secondary (high) school graduation Experience - Minimum 3-year experience in the quick-service restaurant industry Computer Skills - Point of Sale System, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Customer service mindset Servsafe Required.
