Job Shift 8am - 5pm

What do we offer? Compensation:

$23-28/Hour

(depending on payroll processing experience) Schedule:

Mon-Friday/8am-5pm

Career driven professional with

direct experienceprocessing payroll . Detail-oriented individuals with the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Required Experience:

Experience compiling payroll data such as hours worked; sales volume, bonuses, and commissions; monies to be withheld for taxes; employee contributions to insurance and retirement plans; etc., from timesheets and other records. Experience updating payroll records by verifying and recording changes affecting net wages such as federal and state tax exemptions, insurance coverage, etc., and data concerning compensation increases, promotions, and/or transfer of employees between departments. Track record of computing wages and deductions, reviews for accuracy, and posts to payroll records. Background preparing and issuing paychecks. Keep records of leave pay and non-taxable wages. Experience processing employee insurance forms / insurance payments and maintaining records for vacations and sick-day eligibility.
