Previous banquet, catering, or high-volume kitchen experience preferred Strong knife skills and familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment Ability to follow directions, recipes, and production schedules Excellent time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays - especially during peak event seasons Culinary school training is a plus, but not required
