Summary of Performance Expectations.

Performs EEG, EP AND NC's. Performs support and maintenance functions relating to section. Record keeping as specified. Specific duties in relation to department needs as directed.

Education and Credentials:

Required Associate degree in Neurodiagnostics or equivalent field of study. REEGT credential. Neurodiagnostic Technologists employed as of March 1, 2016 are required to obtain REEGT credential by March 1, 2017 to continue employment. BCLS certification. If the BCLS certification is not from the American Heart Association (AHA), an AHA certification is required within one month of employment date.

Preferred

Work Experience:

Required Clinical experience while pursuing degree. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the position within three months of employment date.

Preferred

One year experience in Neurodiagnostics Lab clinical setting.
