Primary Function:
The
Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP)
provides strategic support and consultation on human resources-related matters within the designated Operating Unit (OU). The incumbent establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff. The Sr. HRBP partners with senior leadership to analyze, monitor, and address human resources initiatives that aim to strategically and proactively enhance the work environment. This role also leverages expertise across various HR functions to provide tactical support to line managers and serves as a liaison with other HR areas-including recruitment, training and development, employee/labor relations, compensation, and benefits. dditionally, the Sr. HRBP offers
change management
leadership as needed. Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of
7 years of experience in Human Resources , including at least
2 years as a HR Business Partner . Proven success in leading within a
unionized environment
is required for all Operating Units, with the exception of the
Medical Group , Main Center, and Corporate Services. Certification in at least one major HR discipline-such as
PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CCP, or CBP -is preferred.
