Your daily role:

Interpret and construct equipment from blueprints and construction drawings. Must be able to modify drawings to fit plant requirements. Identify components and request replacement parts when required. Lead small projects and provide autonomous support for shift needs. Responsible for keeping preventative maintenance records and schedules for areas of authority. Perform proper installation, maintenance, and adjustments of various machinery and components in the facility. Troubleshoot malfunctions in equipment and machinery with or without the aid of blueprints, operations manuals or schematics. 3rd Shift May to December (10 pm to 6:30 am, 10 on, 2 off) & 1st (6 am to 4:30 pm) December to May Your profile:

Knowledge of all mechanical equipment, installation, maintenance, and repair

Knowledge of maintenance hand tools and shop equipment. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical technical equipment (ie: micrometers, calipers, metal gauges, metal thickness) Knowledge of oxygen acetylene equipment and welding equipment Ability to assemble, disassemble, and overhaul hydraulic pumps, relief valves, regulating valves, filters, lines, actuating cylinders, and motors Ability to fit and adjust chains and sprockets for drive units
