Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coupa
Procurement Specialist
to manage and support procurement operations using the Coupa platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Coupa, a strong understanding of procurement best practices, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to streamline purchasing processes, ensure policy compliance, and optimize system usage.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a Coupa system administrator and subject matter expert (SME) Maintain and optimize the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, including system configuration, user access, catalog management, and integrations Support end users with training, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure proper use of Coupa Manage procurement workflows, approvals, and purchasing requests in accordance with company policies Monitor and analyze procurement activity, identify trends, and recommend process improvements Assist with onboarding and managing suppliers in the Coupa system, ensuring proper documentation and compliance Generate procurement reports and dashboards to support business insights and compliance tracking Work closely with Finance, IT, and Legal to ensure data integrity, contract visibility, and policy alignment Stay updated on new Coupa features and recommend enhancements to improve system effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, Ministries) to ensure alignment of procurement strategies and system capabilities. Implement procurement policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals. Stay current with Coupa platform updates, procurement best practices, and industry trends. Key Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Certifications (e.g., CPSM, Coupa Certification) preferred. 2+ years of procurement experience Proven experience working with procurement modules (P2P, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, etc.). Strong knowledge of procurement operations and vendor management Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team format in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills:
Experience with Coupa configuration and administration Familiarity with ERP systems (Intacct preferred) and Coupa integrations Understanding of procurement compliance and internal controls Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
