Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour - depending on experience. (plus commissions)

This position plays a key role in facilitating smooth operations and enhancing customer satisfaction within a dynamic and technology-driven automotive environment. The role is based in or near Tustin / Orange, CA.
Operating Tuesday - Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough vehicle assessments, documenting engine, transmission, interior, and exterior conditions using our client's mobile app. Coordinate directly with dealerships to ensure all inspections meet our client's standards and guidelines. Submit precise and detailed inspection reports through the designated digital platform. Support marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and flyers to buying dealers. Foster strong relationships through clear and consistent communication with internal teams and dealership partners. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of automotive experience as a vehicle mechanic or in a similar mechanical role. Valid driver's license and ability to operate motor vehicles safely. Proficiency with digital tools and mobile inspection applications. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in various weather conditions. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
