Introduction: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to assist with the organization and communication of information for construction projects. The role requires a proactive approach to support multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to team members Coordinate meetings, manage calendars Prepare and proofread documents Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems (including project files, permits, drawings, etc.) Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors Assist with bid preparation and permit applications Support Bookkeeper with time tracking and invoicing processes Maintain contact lists, project directories, and internal documentation

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of construction processes preferred.

Work Environment: This position is office-based, with occasional site visits as necessary.
