Job Description The Payroll Analyst manages reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and auditing of payroll across multiple legal entities and countries, supporting over 6,500 employees in North America. The role aims to improve payroll operations, ensure accuracy, compliance, and contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate is collaborative, results-oriented, and operates with integrity, embodying RB Globals "One Team All-In" mentality. Responsibilities Process biweekly payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with regulations. Analyze payroll data for discrepancies, resolve issues, and update pay data as needed. Participate in payroll audits and ensure compliance with updated laws and regulations. Manage Oracle timecards, including auditing, reporting, and approvals. Process supplemental payrolls, adjustments, and manual checks. Resolve payroll discrepancies and handle employee/management inquiries. Create data loads for payroll processing and partner with HRIS for imports. Perform reconciliations and partner with payroll leads on audits. Handle year-end processes such as T4s, RL1s, and amendments. Support audit and validation for compensation payments and tax allocations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with payroll systems and understanding of payroll regulations. Excellent communication skills. Mathematical and accounting knowledge.
