The

Senior Sales Manager

is responsible for driving national or multi-regional sales growth and market share for company product. This individual ensures consistent execution of sales strategies, dealer development, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The Sr. Sales Manager acts as a key liaison between Strategic Partnerships, Sales, Service, and Marketing to ensure cross-functional accountability in obtaining revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Frequent travel within assigned territory is required. Must be willing to travel nationally and internationally.

Works cross-functionally to develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. This may include promotional activities and dealer incentive programs. Monitor and report on overall sales performance and key account developments. Maintains parts and equipment sales forecasts, pricing, and desired gross margins. Makes recommendations to Leadership to ensure goal attainment. Protects and enhances industry reputation and market share by ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies, dealer development, and customer engagement programs with the goal of remaining an essential business partner. Facilitates the collaboration with internal teams (marketing, engineering, service) to relay customer feedback and coordinate fulfillment. Cultivates high-level relationships with key dealers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Oversees the development and expansion of dealer networks ensuring consistent support. Interacts with OEM's to report sales and maintain and build relationships. Manage and or assist with multiple projects in terms of technical support, coordinating samples, prototyping, field testing, intellectual property, and product testing and validation. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to recommend improvements, product enhancements or new initiatives. Participates in dealer contract negotiation activities. Completes annual pricing agreements for OEM accounts. Dependability 15%

Requirements

Qualifications and Essential Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business or related field and minimum of 5 years of experience with equipment-parts sales management for agricultural products. Strong understanding of online ordering systems. Strong computer skills. Able to develop and present appropriate reports and documents to support and lead the inside parts and sales team. Problem solving & decision making. Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Ability to develop sourcing strategies appropriate to overall business environment and market factors. Knowledgeable in a variety of methodologies. Travels a minimum of 6 weeks per year.
