Ensure the safety of individuals through monitoring and crisis intervention. Relationships:

Assist individuals in developing independence and social skills through participation in various activities. Health:
Monitor health conditions, promote positive behaviors, and attend medical appointments to coordinate care. Community:

About You: You are passionate about helping others and have the patience and empathy needed for this role. You exhibit qualities of trustworthiness, integrity, and commitment to diversity. You demonstrate a professional demeanor that includes reliability and teamwork. You are eager to participate in continuous training and personal development. We are hopeful you have: A high school diploma or GED - Required A valid State of Michigan driver's license - Required The ability to lift 50 lbs. - Required Commitment to CPR/First Aid certification.
