Maintenance Technician

About the Role: Maintenance Technician Your role is essential to the daily life and comfort of our community. You'll be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and beauty of our buildings, equipment, and grounds.

What You'll Do:

Perform general maintenance and preventative repairs on facilities, equipment, and vehicles

Assist with minor construction, remodeling, or improvement projects

Respond to repair requests and troubleshoot problems independently

Collaborate with a team that values quality, care, and reliability

✅ What You'll Need:

1–3 years of hands-on building or facility maintenance experience

Basic knowledge of

plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or construction

preferred

Skill with hand and power tools

Valid

Indiana Driver's License

Ability to lift, climb, bend, push, pull, and stay active during an 8-hour shift
