Maintenance Lead - Baltimore, MD
Full-Time | On-Site | HH Red Stone
About the Role: HH Red Stone is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Lead to take ownership of daily maintenance operations at our residential property in Baltimore, Maryland. As the senior maintenance team member on site, you'll set the standard for quality, safety, and responsiveness. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role and help shape the property's maintenance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Take primary responsibility for day-to-day maintenance needs and work order resolution Perform skilled repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC (if certified), carpentry, and general building systems Coordinate and prioritize unit turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment Assist in coordinating vendors and ensuring quality work completion Uphold safety standards and building compliance Provide guidance and support to other maintenance team members as needed What You Bring:
3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily or commercial settings Strong knowledge across multiple trades; HVAC certification preferred Ability to work independently and take initiative Excellent communication and organizational skills Tech-savvy; experience with work order or property management software is a plus Willingness to be on-call for emergencies as needed Compensation & Benefits:
