Director of Account Management Responsibilities: Understand and fulfill client needs to provide exceptional support. Initiate cold calls and conduct outreach to potential clients. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales cycle. Present and demonstrate the value of our offerings to potential clients. Analyze data to identify trends that drive sales growth. Collaborate in the development of effective sales strategies and establish quotas. Stay informed about company offerings and evolving industry trends. Maintain an organized database of contact information for all accounts. Foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships across external and internal teams. Proactively address complaints and facilitate negotiations.
