We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting production by managing warehouse functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Essential duties and responsibilities: Gain and apply knowledge of warehouse operations (minimum 6 months experience preferred). Assist production
through a basic understanding of warehouse processes. Cross-train
across
multiple warehouse functions and production
processes . Assist
with cycle counts and manage inventory with strong attention to detail. Report damages and inventory discrepancies promptly. Prepare materials
for shipping, including palletizing, waterproofing, and banding. Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and storage areas to meet safety standards. Work effectively in multi-temperature environments, including hot and cold conditions. Other tasks as trained and qualified to do. Requirements for success Must be a
team player , flexible, and willing to assist as needed. Commitment to
adhering to all safety protocols
and proper use of PPE. Ability to
lift up to 75 lbs.
and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift. Must
be able to
pass
a drug test.
