We are on a mission to educate customers in local communities on making their homes more energy-efficient, reducing their carbon footprint, and even showing them how to earn rewards when their home starts utilizing clean energy.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing individual to fill a new Renewable Energy Customer Service Consultant position immediately. Candidates must be passionate about helping others and making a significant difference in the environment. Supreme communication skills and professional demeanor are required to be successful in this opportunity.
NO EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM!
We will provide classroom and on-the-job training for all employees. Our standards are higher than most, which is why every member of our team is required to complete our in-house training program and master product and client knowledge pertaining to the renewable energy industry.
BASIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Educate potential and existing customers on solar energy solutions with a focus on increasing brand awareness and client exposure
Network and look for opportunities for engagement via referrals or direct meetings with consumers to promote renewable energy services in the region
Provide impeccable customer service during every client interaction
Demonstrate the ability to close contracts and consistently build client relationships
Become a renewable energy connoisseur and master of industry knowledge
This is a client-facing role, so the ability to adapt and think quickly in a fast-paced environment is vital to succeed in this role.
