iFIT's vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Senior Designer in the U.S, remotely.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
Design high-quality visual execution across CRM, social, campaign, and performance marketing initiatives Build and maintain design systems and templates in Figma Contribute to the overall creative vision by developing campaign design concepts and art direction Participate in team critiques, implement feedback, and strive for continuous improvement Bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to cross-functional creative workflows Help uphold brand standards across multiple brands and formats ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute best-in-class design work for email, social, performance marketing, and landing pages Create and manage reusable design systems, templates, and components in Figma Collaborate closely with copywriters, project managers, and marketing stakeholders to align creative with business goals Guide and set art direction on assigned projects, including campaign mood boards and visual strategy Present work internally and adjust designs based on feedback Stay up to date with digital trends and best practices to continuously evolve creative output Set a motion direction and execute it Education and Basic Qualifications
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Minimum 5 years of brand, campaign, or marketing design experience Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing and campaign experience across multiple channels Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Must be proficient in setting and executing motion direction. Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing for performance-driven marketing channels (CRM, paid social, landing pages) Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience designing within existing brand systems and creating new ones Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and presenting work Detail-oriented with a strong sense of layout, typography, and hierarchy
