As a Valet Service Attendant, you will provide top-notch hospitality services, ensuring the safe and timely parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, while assisting with luggage and information about hotel facilities. Key Responsibilities: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and coworkers. Greet guests warmly and offer assistance within five feet. Safely park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring a smooth experience. Assist guests with luggage and provide directions and recommendations. Clearly explain parking rates and procedures upon guest arrival. Accurately complete and maintain vehicle ticket records. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license is required. A month of related experience or equivalent education and training. Skills Needed: Strong customer service orientation. Basic math skills for cash handling. Ability to write and communicate effectively. Physical Requirements: This role requires physical stamina, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects (up to 100 pounds).
