Brand Manager, DaVinci
FoodScience is hiring a Brand Manager for our DaVinci product line.
In this role, you are responsible for leading brand strategy development and execution for our human health and wellness portfolio. This role requires a commercially-minded professional who can establish our brand as a category leader while driving profitable growth across key channels.
You will own the complete brand experience from consumer insights and positioning through innovation pipeline management and go-to-market execution. Success in this role demands expertise in translating consumer research into compelling brand strategies, managing complex product launches, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including eCommerce, Performance Marketing, Sales, and R&D.
The ideal candidate combines strategic brand thinking with strong analytical capabilities to optimize marketing investments, drive market expansion, and deliver against key performance indicators in a dynamic and competitive marketplace.

Brand Champion: Own and champion positioning, messaging, and equity for the DaVinci brand, ensuring consistent strategy and execution across all touchpoints Consumer Journey Optimization: Map and optimize consumer touchpoints throughout the path-to-purchase, identifying opportunities to drive conversion and brand loyalty Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to understand consumer insights, emerging trends, pricing strategies, positioning tactics, and ingredient/technology innovations within the human health and wellness category Consumer Insights & Research
Brand Equity Management: Track and analyze key ownable brand attributes, brand positioning effectiveness, and competitive brand perceptions through regular consumer research and brand health studies Market Research Leadership: Lead primary and secondary research efforts to understand market dynamics, consumer behavior, unmet needs, and emerging opportunities in the human health and wellness space Consumer Journey Analysis: Conduct research to understand consumer decision-making processes, purchase drivers, and barriers Insights Translation: Transform consumer insights and brand equity data into actionable brand strategies, positioning refinements, and marketing initiatives that drive business growth Creative Development
Campaign Oversight: Lead brand campaigns from concept to execution, partnering with performance marketing, external agencies and internal creative teams to develop compelling, results-driven marketing initiatives Visual Identity Management: Oversee brand visual identity, packaging design, and creative assets to ensure consistency and competitive differentiation across all channels Content Strategy: Develop comprehensive content strategies that align with brand positioning and drive engagement across digital platforms, educational materials, and sales collateral Creative Governance: Manage creative approval processes and maintain brand standards across all marketing materials and channels Innovation Pipeline & Product Development
Innovation Leadership: Lead the innovation pipeline from consumer insights through concept development to go-to-market execution for new products Business Case Development: Identify market opportunities, "size of the prize," develop business cases, and create testing strategies for new product concepts Launch Excellence: Orchestrate go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless execution across all channels and touchpoints Portfolio Optimization: Manage SKU rationalization, pricing strategies, and product P&L to maximize brand profitability Integrated Marketing & Channel Strategy
Omnichannel Campaign Development: Create integrated marketing campaigns that ladder from brand strategy, working in partnership with eCommerce/Performance Marketing team Retail Marketing Partnership: Collaborate with VP, Sales and Marketing-Human Supplements to develop targeted marketing programs for retail accounts and shopper engagement initiatives Drive Brick & Mortar Retail Velocity: Drive strategy and measurement of product level velocity in collaboration with performance marketing and sales teams Communications & Partnership Management
Public Relations Leadership: Manage PR strategy and execution to build brand awareness and credibility in the human health and wellness space Influencer Marketing: Develop and oversee influencer partnerships and collaborations that authentically represent brand values and drive consumer engagement Strategic Partnerships: Identify and manage brand partnerships that extend reach and enhance brand positioning in relevant markets Analytics & Performance Management
Performance Monitoring: Deliver comprehensive monthly reports on marketing KPIs, brand health metrics, category trends, market share, and point-of-sale performance ROI Optimization: Utilize data analytics to measure marketing program effectiveness, conduct post-campaign analyses, and optimize future initiatives for maximum impact Budget Management: Strategically plan, execute, and oversee marketing budget allocation as an integral part of the annual marketing planning process
