Job Summary: Maintenance Technicians will work independently and with other plant personnel to perform preventive, predictive and routine tasks. They will troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facility equipment and ensure maximum equipment and effectiveness. All tasks will be performed while supporting the safety policies, goals and objectives of the company.
The maintenance technician's expertise will encompass electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, servo and stepper motor systems. You will work closely with other plant personnel to ensure the successful performance of all equipment, minimizing down time and maximizing productivity.
Essential Job Functions: Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment. Search for and make any necessary repairs on all equipment. Perform monthly safety checks and maintain and ensure that safety related items are functioning properly. Install and set up new machinery. Support engineering. Provide continuous improvement. Complete all necessary paperwork. Keep work area clean and organized at all times. Follow 5S procedures. Other duties as assigned.
