You will work closely with various cross-functional teams including stakeholders, product teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and execution of business and technology initiatives, ensuring timely and on-scope delivery. Translate business goals into clear project plans with scope, schedules, and measurable outcomes. Facilitate effective collaboration across product, engineering, operations, and vendor teams. Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations. Track project progress and handle changes in scope or schedule effectively. Utilize Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies tailored to team needs, supporting sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Oversee user acceptance testing, training, and rollout processes to ensure smooth transitions. Document project artifacts and lessons learned, contributing to enhancements in project delivery processes. Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders accurately and timely. Escalate medium to high risks and issues to Project Management leadership appropriately. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of project management experience in a technology or product setting. PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred. Experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst is a plus. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Smartsheet, Confluence, or Microsoft Project. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and team alignment abilities. Empathetic leadership approach with a proactive mindset. Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at navigating ambiguity. Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities. This position requires a commitment of 40-50 hours per week with flexibility for high-priority projects, occasional travel to HQ or vendor sites, and participation in virtual collaboration across time zones.
