UNDERSTANDING
The Customer Service Representative will ensure excellent service standards, respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries. Must be able to manage conflict in a professional manner, both verbally (in-person and phone) and written (email). Resolve any concerns or problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Genuinely excited to help customers, they love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Confidence at troubleshooting and investigating and will do whatever is needed to answer customer questions and resolve concerns. They will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction supporting the perfect order metric of 99.85%. They build relationships with (external) customers, and (internal customers) sales, logistics, finance, warehousing, and inventory control departments by being upfront and collaborative with team leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls. • Generate new leads and new customer accounts. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with internal and external customers through open and interactive communication. • Be the voice of the customer in all internal discussions to ensure the best customer experience. • Provide customers with up-to-date information on current and new product availability. • Processing orders and transactions. • Other duties as assigned
WORKING RELATIONSHIP • Reports to the Customer Service Manager. • Communicates regularly and has a strong relationship with team members in multiple departments.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED • Excellent interpersonal skills - working with existing potential and new customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Must have impeccable organizational skills and be detailed oriented. • Subject matter expert on Albanese products and internal operations as well as knowledge of candy industry and candy distribution, and manufacturing.
EDUCATION • High school diploma or equivalent • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
