Salary:
$60k-$70k ($90k+ OTE)
Job Summary: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong B2B relationships across the Southwestern territory. This is a remote role ideal for a self-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers succeed.
Candidates must have a Valid Driver's License and MUST live within an hour of the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport to be considered for this position Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and in-person visits
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects
Follow up on leads and referrals promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, activities, and opportunities in CRM
Attend local and regional trade shows, industry events, and association functions (1-2 times per year)
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills-an engaging personality is a must
Professional demeanor and appearance
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
Ability and willingness to make outbound calls and perform regular follow-ups
Must have reliable transportation, internet, phone, and email access
Willingness to travel locally and regionally (up to 10-15% overnight travel) What They Offer
