As an

Associate Designer , you'll collaborate with Principal Designers and cross-functional teams to create and refine 3D models of point-of-sale fixtures that exceed customer expectations. You'll use your skills in 2D drafting and 3D modeling software to design, analyze, and bring customer concepts to life working closely with Product Development, Engineering, Sales, and other departments. This role plays a key part in meeting critical deadlines and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Shift available:

Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have :

a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design and 1+ years of experience using design software such as SolidWorks, KeyShot, Cinema 4D, 3DsMax, SketchUp, and able to work efficiently with both a PC and Mac platforms. some background in retail design, with at least 1+ years of industrial engineering experience focused on displays and signage. knowledge of production processes and a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional spatial visualization skills, design expertise, 3D modeling, and layout capabilities. On top of that you must be able to:

proficiently use design programs such as SolidWorks, KeyShot, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. read and interpret fixture construction drawings and shop drawings. demonstrate a basic understanding of fixture manufacturing processes. have a foundational knowledge of common fixture materials, including wood, acrylic, metal, plastics, and paper. In this position you'll :

design and support the creation of retail fixtures and displays using 2D/3D modeling software, including SolidWorks, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, and SketchUp, to develop and refine designs for displays, cabinets, and other fixtures. research and recommend emerging design trends and innovative materials to keep displays and merchandising concepts current, creative, and aligned with market trends. manage your workload with a proactive, self-directed approach while maintaining clear, accurate, and timely communication with project partners. collaborate with the Design team to develop proprietary brand concepts, including product and trend research, color selection, professional presentation boards/materials, and initial product designs. create high-quality illustrations and 3D renderings for internal and client presentations. support management with various design-related projects and initiatives as needed.
