Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced

Program Manager

to lead and oversee the delivery of comprehensive Information Technology (IT) services in support of operations. This position is on-site in Fort Novosel, AL (with support at Fort Eustis, VA, and Fort Huachuca, AZ).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for IT operations, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and DoD standards.

Manage and coordinate support across multiple locations, including on-site and remote support teams.

Oversee the delivery of services such as system administration, cybersecurity, help desk operations, secure video teleconferencing, data management, and IT project execution.

Interface regularly with senior government officials to provide status updates, resolve issues, and communicate technical strategies.

Ensure compliance with all applicable DoD IT policies, cybersecurity frameworks, and quality assurance protocols.

Lead contract execution, including staffing, scheduling, deliverables management, and performance reporting.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Foster a collaborative, mission-first environment across multidisciplinary teams.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of

12 years of experience managing IT operations

for the Department of Defense.

At least

7 years of experience managing Government contracts , including direct interface with Government Contracting Officers and CORs.

Strong

written and verbal communication skills , including the ability to prepare and present technical briefings to senior government leadership.

Master’s Degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Active

Project Management Professional (PMP)

certification.

Active

Secret Clearance .

Physical and Mental Qualifications:

Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.

Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard.

Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed.

Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English .

Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.

Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes.

Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.
