This is how we support our employees! Job Overview As a Mobile Associate (MA), you will join a Retail Team of Experts dedicated to bringing the T-Mobile brand to life. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, sparking excitement about our exceptional products and services. Engage with customers to build and deepen relationships, showcasing your ability to identify their needs and recommend tailored solutions. Job Responsibilities: Provide world-class customer service by helping customers continue their shopping journey seamlessly, whether online or in-store. Explore individual customer needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology. Engage in side-by-side selling, recommending personalized solutions that go beyond basic device and service plans. Address service and sales inquiries with empathy and professionalism. Master the use of digital tools during customer interactions to effectively showcase how T-Mobile's offerings can enhance their lives. Complete all required training on T-Mobile's in-store experience and product knowledge. Collaborate with team members across various channels to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues. Support team initiatives and contribute to an inclusive work environment. Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Passionate about advocating for customers and enthusiastic about making connections. Competitive drive with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Eager to learn and collaborate with peers and store leaders while serving customers. Skilled at balancing customer needs with performance goals. Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, with an additional $5.00 per hour during training. After 90 days, you will be eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees at T-Mobile earn a guaranteed $20/hour, which includes base pay and incentives. Furthermore, every employee is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
