Operations Manager - Large Contracts Division (Houston)

$75M - $125M Reports To:
Sr. VP of Operations and the CEO Team Size:
10-15 direct reports This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing the entire Houston division. The Operations Manager will be responsible for: Leading a team that includes a Project Executive, Senior Project Managers, multiple Project Managers/Assistant Project Managers, and over 100 field staff. Overseeing division-wide profitability and operational performance. Driving business development and maintaining client relationships to support regional and company growth goals. Providing strategic operational leadership, with a focus beyond day-to-day project execution. Compensation: Base salary of $250K+ Bonus structure tied to the profitability of the Large Contracts Division -not the company as a whole This role offers the opportunity to essentially run a mid-sized business within the company, acting as the go-to leader for the Houston market.
