Job Summary

The Lead Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sr Global Supply Managers (GSM's) in the end-to-end supply chain management for products to achieve the desired customer service levels. The supporting work will include data analysis, project management, and providing recommendations that support efficient processes and customer service level.

Responsibilities

Owner of small product portfolio through the value stream. Managing new product introductions (NPI) and discontinuations, and source of supply chain changes. Demand Management/Forecast Analysis-Supports the direction of the Sr Global Supply Manager in ensuring the planning system configuration is in line with the strategy defined for managing the products through the supply chain. Manages forecast differences, planning factors, and deep dive analysis. Provides project management support to the Sr Global Supply Manager's for Life Cycle Management (LCM) programs.

LCM Team involvement-key participation during each gate making sure NPI on time launch is executed. Product rationalization-Operations point of contact for the Life Cycle Management (LCM) group. Help develop write off strategy and write off estimates for finance. New product launch review and approval (NPLCO).

Independently leads cross-functional projects in support of improvement initiatives in supply chain. Data Analysis-Supports the data analysis of forecasts, backorders, inventory settings, Service Levels project related needs and provides recommended actions including root cause analysis and value stream mapping. Assists with the planning and coordination of production activities between the packaging and manufacturing plans. This would include source of supply changes and product configuration changes (new items, branding/private label changes, package changes, etc.) Works with all operations relative to the management of their products.

Assists, mentors and supports regional planning teams to grow their capabilities and skills with constraint planning, inventory rebalancing, SKU mix and source of supply management. Influences or assists operations toward improvement. Shares experience and knowledge to drive collective Global Supply Chain capability.

Adheres to corporate procedures, policies, documentation requirements and recommends/develops continuous improvement initiatives. Performs responsibilities as required by the Quality System and other duties as assigned or requested. Under direction of the Sr Global Supply Manager, creates and reviews opportunities to standardize, develop and mature key supply chain planning processes

Long Range Sales Plan Annual Budget and F1 S&OP D&OP S&OE Global Supply Forum Global Commercial Intake and NPI process

Able to be the designate for the Sr. Global Supply Manager in interactions with Operations and Commercial team. Participate in the Long Range Sales plan and annual planning budget process. Travel Requirements:

Travel outside of regular work location, including international: 15% Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Well organized, highly self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a global team. Ability to understand and analyze highly complex material. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Highly adaptable, flexible and willing to accept new ideas, processes and procedures. Project and Program management skills Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with formal planning systems e.g. Logility or O9 preferred. Possesses skills to utilize the concept of continuous improvement, change management and employee teams. Ability to work with a diverse workforce. Demonstrate poise under pressure, able to deal with tense or high-pressure situations with even temperament and in a professional manner. Quickness of comprehension and aptitude for learning. Work Environment:

Normal office environment. Ability to perform light to medium physical work and standing for long periods of time, if required depending on the task. Most of the work will take place within an office environment. Exposure to shop floor Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience within supply chain environment Minimum 3 years of experience in item level planning roles like Supply Chain Planners, Senior Planners, Planning Analysts Experience in a regulated industry (medical device or other) preferable Experience working in a global organization preferred Experience within supply chain environment, preferably in a team lead role. Working knowledge of supply chain planning parameters. Experience in collaborating with key stakeholders E.G. supply chain, manufacturing, operations and commercial functions. Professional certification in APICS/ASCM, CIPS, Project Management preferred. Education:

Professional qualification/certification or Bachelors' Degree in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $73,978.00 - $98,637.00 and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
