Masterpiece, the foremost authority in the international fine arts logistics is hiring for a Coordinator, Fine Arts to manage client shipments and on-site services for domestic art fairs as well as export and import shipments for international art fairs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Possess and maintain a thorough knowledge of fine art logistics, basic international shipping processes and protocol, and operate with a high level of client service Interface with and collaborate daily with clients, vendors, foreign agents in planning shipment logistics Timely completion of estimate requests including but not limited to the rating and booking of Airfreight, Sea freight and Ground transportation Set up and independently manage domestic movements as well as export/import files including file setup, documentation, communications, estimating, and billing with the ability to meet deadlines from start to completion Independently perform general logistical tasks including, but not limited to, import coordination, export coordination, on-site logistics and inventory management, and maintenance of post-fair storage accounts and domestic transports Maintain shipment files in an organized fashion with high attention to detail Anticipate needs of clients, manage shipments that meet their requirements, and with an eye towards a high level of customer service Compliance with Masterpiece policies and procedures Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of systems including: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, ArtWise, CargoWise, and Transit Warehouse Have a basic understanding of fine art handling, installation and packing methods Collaborate with the department Manager and existing team members with art fair planning, with an emphasis on operational aspects, future schedules, and client growth and development Assist the department Manager to develop and expand systems already in place, to sustain and simplify future operations, both in the office and on the ground at the fairs Ability to work onsite at all local (NY) and domestic fairs is required. The specific calendar to be reviewed upon hire MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in fine art logistics and shipping, fine art international shipping, or similar fine art logistics coordination role. Strong interpersonal skills to interface daily with clients, vendors, and foreign agents. Experience working with high-value, sensitive, and time critical shipments is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) High attention to detail in maintaining shipment documentation, billing and compliance records. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multiple shipments simultaneously. Ability to anticipate client needs and deliver high-level customer service in fine arts logistics. Ability to travel domestically as needed for major art fairs. Ability to work overtime, evenings and weekends depending on business needs. COMPENSATION

$65,000 to $80,000 annualized; actual salary will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited, to location, experience, and qualifications. SCHEDULE

Onsite M-F during onboarding and training. Can switch to hybrid 3 days in office after training period. Overtime is expected during busy season and as needed for business needs. WHAT WE OFFER
